We accomplished this by setting up a HubSpot private application with the necessary scopes, mapping the data in the API, and creating the required custom properties to interact with the data.

API Data Management

We achieved this by setting up several trigger automation that informs the API about any changes in order, supply the necessary data for Stripe to handle the payment, and receive a response from Stripe once the process is complete.
